For me, a sense of place is emotional, comprehensive ‘knowing’

I really like being able to look at the new Internet maps, like Google Earth and Maps, of places where I have been, to see if anyone has uploaded pictures or other information they want to share. I want to learn how to do this myself.

To me, Sense of Place is the attachment that each individual feels to their surroundings. Not only can sense of place be a connection to nature, but a connection to a certain culture or way of life as well.
