Tom Perry serves as Legal Counsel for the Idaho Governors Office of Species Conservation. His duties include providing legal advice to the Office Administrator on natural resource issues; recommending litigation strategies; drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, drafting and coordinating comments on the various federal NEPA and Endangered Species Act (ESA) initiatives; reviewing state and federal legislation; and working with private, state, local and federal agencies involved with ESA issues.
