Ms. Hallock is a Habitat Biologist with the Coeur d’Alene Tribe’s Fisheries Program. She has a B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering from the University of Idaho and a M.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus on water resources from Montana State University. She grew up in Boise, ID.
