Matthew Dalbey works on a variety of issues in the Smart Growth program including rural smart growth, technical assistance, smart growth for colleges and universities, school siting and community centered schools, and smart growth for production builders and developers. He’s an urban planner by training. Prior to joining EPA in 2004 he taught planning for five years at Jackson State University in Jackson, MS.
