Mr. Vitale is a graduate of the University of Idaho and has spent the last seventeen years in the evaluation and management of aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems in north Idaho and the Pacific Northwest. He serves as the stream restoration project coordinator for the Coeur d’Alene Indian Tribe and is responsible for design, implementation and monitoring of habitat restoration projects.
