If you are interested in a refund of any kind, please contact Kellie Baker who will then forward you to the best person to complete the task.
The IES requests that all summit registration refunds be submitted no later than November 3, otherwise a 25% cancellation fee will be witheld from your original price of registration.
There may be completely unforseen events that cause the Summit to be cancelled, in which case requests may be submitted up to 30 days following the Summit dates. i.e. December 19th is the last day that a refund may be requested.
