We recognize that there are cases of emergency that preclude your coming to the Idaho Summit.
For special case consideration, IES and the parent organization, PCEI – request that you please contact Kellie Baker directly. She will be glad to assist your request and to arrange a special consideration situation.
For the rest of us:
All cancellations must be requested no later than December 3 or pay a 25% cancellation fee. Summits like this require a great deal to be accomplished without a wide margin of error, so knowing exactly how many participants will register is essential to our presenting the IES at all. The cancellation fee exists because we will have made commitments to our speakers and event site at that point.
